Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take an additional day to process.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if available). We strive to ensure that all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible; however, there may be occasional delays due to high demand or shipping carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

If you qualify for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total during checkout. If your order does not meet the threshold for free shipping, shipping fees will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, including to U.S. territories or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order through the carrier’s website. Shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx provide tracking services that allow you to follow your package’s journey.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website after the shipment has left our warehouse.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If your package is returned to us and you wish to have it re-shipped, we will ask you to confirm your shipping information and cover any additional shipping costs. If you prefer to cancel the order, we will issue a refund according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Damaged or Missing Items

We will resolve the issue promptly by either sending a replacement item or issuing a refund.

To assist us in processing your claim, please provide photos of the damaged items and packaging, as well as any relevant order details.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@onlybserys.shop. We will do our best to accommodate the change before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Packaging and Gift Wrapping

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that the items arrive in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift wrapping services, but we make sure that all items are packed securely.
